Ingredients
250 g chestnut mushrooms, sliced
4 cloves garlic, sliced
Olive oil
Microwave pack of mixed grains with chestnuts
2 spring onion sliced
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
Pinch pepper
Steps
- Fry the mushrooms in a frying pan with a splash of olive oil and a splash water.
- When the mushrooms are 75% cooked add the garlic slices. Cook until the mushrooms are tender.
- Add the paprika, pepper and salt. Stir well then add the grains and spring onions into the pan.
- Use a spatula to break up any lumps and then also add a tbsp of water. Let the grains soak up the water for about 3 minutes over a medium high heat. Serve!
