Vanilla Custard Vermicelli



1 ltrs milk
1/2 cup roasted vermicelli
1-2 tbsp Custard or cornflour
Vanilla essence
Sugar (as per taste)
Dry fruits


1- In a pan roast some vermicelli it will take 3-4 minutes.

2- Now in another pan add milk and boil it on a slow flame until thickens

3- Now add 2 tbsp of custard and make a mixture with a milk and add it into the boiling milk along with sugar.

4- Now add vermicelli along with vanilla essence and add dry fruits.

5- Keep it in the refrigerator and serve it chilled.
