Ingredients
250gm small size arbi
2 onions (chopped)
1/2 tsp haldi powder
1 tbsp red chilli powder
2 potatoes (chopped)
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp ginger, garlic and green chilli paste
1 big size onion
1/2 tsp haldi powder
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp dhania powder
1 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp tamarind pulp
as required Few dhania leaves (chopped)
to taste Salt
2 tbsp oil for cooking
Steps
1- First wash arbi & potato properly then boiled in cooker wait for 2 whistles. Heat oil in a kadai fry 1/2 tsp mustard seeds & few curry leaves for few seconds. Then add chopped onion saute it for few minutes. Add boiled arbi & potatoes mix....well....
2- Add masala water. Mix....it well
3- Then add garam masala powder & 2 tbsp tamarind pulp. Mix... Well. Add water as needed.
4- Boil till it is gravy. Once it is done sprinkle chopped dhania leaves. Transfer to a serving bowl...
5- Ready to serve....with hot....steam rice...hot...
