Overnight Oats 4 ways

 

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats
1 cup milk of your choice
very little salt
4 tsp chia seeds
6 tbsp zero/low fat cottage cheese
6 tbsb zero/low fat greek yoghurt
8 tsp maple syrup or honey (your preference)
1 tsp cocoa powder
sprinkling of cinnamon powder
2 tsp peanut butter
1.5 tsp strawberry jam
few almond slivers
few walnut chunks
few peanuts
fruits (whatever you like, i used the following)
1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberry and raspberries)
1/2 a banana
1/4 cup shredded apple
4 separate glass/container




Steps

1- Mixed Berries Oats
Step 1- In a bowl add ¼ cup of rolled oats, pinch of salt, ¼ cup of milk (your choice), 1.5 tbsp zero/low fat cottage cheese, 1.5 tbsp zero or low fat Greek yoghurt, a handful of mixed berries, 2 tsp maple syrup and mix well

2- Step 2- pour the mix into a glass/container and refrigerate overnight or minimum of 4 hrs.

3- Step 3- Next day/after 4 hrs, top it with some mixed berries and almond slivers and enjoy !!

Cocoa Banana Oats
4- Step 1 -In a bowl mash half a banana, then add ¼ cup of rolled oats, pinch of salt, ¼ cup of milk (your choice), 1.5 tbsp zero/low fat cottage cheese, 1.5 tbsp zero or low fat Greek yoghurt, 1 tsp cocoa powder, 2 tsp maple syrup and mix well.

5- Step 2- pour the mix into a glass/container and refrigerate overnight or minimum of 4 hrs.

6- Step 3- Next day/after 4 hrs, top it with some sliced bananas and sprinkling of cocoa powder and enjoy!!

Apple Cinnamon Oats
7- Step 1- Shred an apple amounting to ¼ cup

8- Step 2- In a bowl, then add ¼ cup of rolled oats, pinch of salt, ¼ cup of milk (your choice), 1.5 tbsp zero/low fat cottage cheese, 1.5 tbsp zero or low fat Greek yoghurt, ¼ cup shredded apple, ¼ tsp cinnamon powder, 2 tsp maple syrup and mix well.

9- Step 3- pour the mix into a glass/container and refrigerate overnight or minimum of 4 hrs.

10- Step 4- Next day/after 4 hrs, top it with some walnut pieces and sprinkling of cinnamon powder and enjoy!!

Peanut Butter and Jelly Oats
11- Step 1 -In a bowl add ¼ cup of rolled oats, pinch of salt, ¼ cup of milk (your choice), 1.5 tbsp zero/low fat cottage cheese, 1.5 tbsp zero or low fat Greek yoghurt, 2 tsp peanut butter, 1.5 tsp strawberry jam (or your favorite jam) 2 tsp maple syrup and mix well.

12- Step 2- pour the mix into a glass/container and refrigerate overnight or minimum of 4 hrs.

13- Step 3- Next day/after 4 hrs, top it with some peanut butter and peanuts and enjoy!!
