Japanese style spaghetti with garlic and tuna



200 g Spaghetti
1 Onion
1 tinned tuna
1 clove garlic
Sesame oil
2 tsp. Dashi (powder soup stock)
2 tbsp. Sake
2 tbsp. Mirin(rice wine)
2 tbsp. Soy sauce
Black pepper


1- Mix dashi, Sake, Mirin and soy sauce.

2- Boil the spaghetti to your liking.

3- Slice onion, and mince garlic.

4- Heat frying pan, and put sesame oil and garlic.
5- After smelling garlic, put onion and Tuna.
6- Fry well and put mixed sauce.

7- Boil spaghetti and put into frying pan.
8- Sprinkle pepper.
