Garlic Bread Chicken Pie



leftover 1 small bowl chicken breast
3 tbsp bbq sauce
1 small bowl broccoli and some carrot
1 cup each Parmesan, cheese and mozzarella cheese
150 gram Melted butter
1 tbsp powder Garlic
Dried Chili flake and fresh coriander


1- Break the bread into big chunk then pour the melted butter and garlic mix well set aside

2- Dice the chicken, broccoli and carrot and mix well with some bbq then pour onto(spread some garlic butter) baking ramekin then TOP with garlic butter bread with some dried Chili Flake,, add generously of parmesan cheese and cheddar and mozzarella cheese then bake it 200C for 15 minutes, once it’s lightly brown then cover with aluminium foil and bake another 10 minutes

3- Garnish with some fresh coriander and enjoy, with some bbq sauce and dried Chili flake
