Tips from mum for no splatter and clean oil when deep frying

Spinkle a bit of flour in the oil when frying, this will stop oil from splashing out. Not much to clean up after and not oily everywhere. You can do this at the start or during if you forget.


Use tea filter bag to filter your oil after deep frying. The spoon help the bag to sit still in the cup. The oil become clean and smooth and you can reuse the oil to again next time. This tea bag is also useful when you cook soup with cinnamon and cloves, I put the them in the filter bag, easy to remove and won't need to accidentally chew on the spices.
