Super Easy Braised Chicken Recipe



2 pcs. Chicken leg
14 g. Chopped Garlic
13 g. Chopped Shallot
2 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1.5 tbsp. Sugar
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Corn starch
1 tbsp. Water
1 pc. Coriander root
3 tbsp. Vegetable oil
2 cups. Water


1- Fried chopped garlic, shallot and coriander root until get aroma • add chicken leg skin down

2- Add 2 cups of water
3- And seasoning salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar• Bring to boil and skim surface • Turn down to low heat and Cover for simmer 15-20 mins • After 15-20 mins tender and absorb all sauce•Remove chicken

4- Blanch Choy sum in stock and remove when cooked • •Mix 1 tbsp. corn starch with 1 tbsp. Of water
5- Add into stock to make the sauce

6- Blend chili + garlic + vinegar + salt + sugar together • Done Sauce
