Spicy Prawns with Oyster Sauce



1 kg prawns
6 clove Garlic (crushed)
2 inches gingger (chrushed)
5 chillies (chrushed)
4-5 tablespoons oyster sauce
3 tablespoons chilie sauce (deepen on your spicy level)
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
5 kaffir lime leaves (optional)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons oil for sauted


1- Clean prawns and mixed with salt and turmeric then fried and drain.

2- Sauté the crushed garlic, chrushed chilie, kaffir lime leaves and ginger together until fragrant, add the oyster sauce and tomato sauce, stir-fry until a bit thick and add flavor.

3- Don't forget to taste.
