Slow Cooked Lamb Madras w/ Rice


400 g diced lamb
1/2 tbsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1/2 tsp black peppercorns
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 diced red chilli
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp minced ginger
400 g chopped tomatoes
250 ml chicken stock
3 bay leaves
1 medium white onion, chopped
500 g boiled rice
Chilli flakes for garnish
Coriander for garnish

1- Throw everything in your slow cooker apart from rice, chilli flakes and coriander and cook on low heat for 7 hours
2- Boil rice
3- Serve everything with garnishes
