Shrimp Pasta with garlic & parsley



900 g fresh prawns
4-5 cloves garlic
2 handfuls fresh parsley leaves
6-8 tablespoons virgin olive oil
Bucatini for 4 people


1- Rinse the prawns in cold water. Chop the garlic & parsley very fine.

2- Sauté the prawns in a few tablespoons of the hot olive oil. Season with salt & pepper.

3- When the Prawns are nearly cooked, after about 2 minutes lower the heat and add the garlic, parsley and 5 or 6 more tablespoons olive oil.

4- Cook the pasta and add to the prawns. Toss well, season with a squeeze of lemon juice and serve.
