Satay And Red Beans Stew



10 leftover Pork Satay
1 can red beans or any beans
1 Onion
4 garlic
2 inches ginger
1 tbsp Sambal (optional add on),


1- Blend the onion, garlic and ginger then with oil saute for 1 minute then add the leftover Pork Satay and mix gently,

2- Add 1 can of red beans and sambal and let it simmer for for another 1 minutes, add coriander and mix gently (don't want to mash up the beans) then off heat and enjoy

3- Have It As Dinner, With Some Bread
