Fried pumpkin flower

 

Ingredients

8 pumpkin flowers
50 g plain flour
1 egg




Steps

1- Pick fresh pumpkin flowers. (If you are allowed)

2- Pour salad oil to a pan and make it 180C.

3- While waiting the oil ready, remove stamens and keep yellow parts only. Wash them and paper dry.

4- Bath the flowers in beaten egg. Then coat them with flour.

5- Fry the flowers in the oil for 3min. (Pay attention, it will be fried quick)
