Easy pancake with crispy bacon

 


Ingredients

Pancake
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp Baking soda
Pinch salt
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp Butter
1/2 egg
1 tsp Vegetable oil
Bacon and topping
Bacon(amount of your choice)
honey or any kinds of syrup




Steps

1- Mix dry ingredients : all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.

2- Mix wet ingredients: egg, milk and butter.

3- Coarsely mix wet mixture and dry mixture.

4- Heat the non-stick sauce pan with medium heat. Use paper towel or food brush to spread vegetable oil all over the saucepan

5- Add 3 tbsp of pancake mixture to the pan for each pancake. Cook until you see bubble on the surface, then flip to the other side. Cook until it become light brown. Transfer to a plate

6- In the same saucepan, fry bacon until crispy. Transfer to a plate which cover with 1-2 sheets of paper towel to make it less greasy.

7- Serve the pancakes with crispy bacon, topped with honey or maple syrup.
