Ingredients
2 eggs, beaten
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 (16 ounce) package Muenster cheese
Canola oil cooking spray
Spaghetti sauce
Steps
1- Mix together ground turkey, eggs, black pepper, oregano, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and bread crumbs in a large bowl, set bowl to the side ……..
2- Cut your Muenster cheese into squares, set to the side …..
3- Spray a muffin tin with canola oil cooking spray……. I’m using a 6 cup muffin tin, feel free to use any size tin you have at home …..
4- Place a portion of your turkey meat mixture into each muffin cup, then make a small indentation into each cup …….
5- Place 1 cube of Muenster cheese into each indentation….
6- Place muffin tin in a preheated 375 degree oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese has completely melted ……..
7- Let turkey muffins cool for about 10 minutes, then remove from muffin tin and place on a serving platter ……Continue process until all turkey meat is used up, any leftover cheese you can eat yourself or just give it to your dog
8- Serve each turkey muffin with spaghetti sauce and enjoy!
