Chicken lollipops with tomato sauce

 


Ingredients

2 Eggs
80 gr Sugar
110 gr Unsalted butter
50 ml Milk
70 gr Chocolate
170 gr Cake flour
15 gr Cocoa
1 tsp Baking powder




Steps

1- Add eggs and sugar in a large bowl. Stir well.
2- In another large bowl, add butter + milk + chocolate. Heat it over the low heat until all the ingredients have melted. Then add it to the egg batter and mix well.

3- Sift in the Flour + baking powder + cocoa powder.
Then stir well.

4- Pour the cake batter into the cake mold. You can use a spoon.
Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
Enjoy it after letting cool!!
