Brown butter with herb breadcrumbs



2 stale bread
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp rosemary
Pinch salt and pepper


1- Toast your bread in toaster, pan fry or grill in oven until golden and crisp. Cut up into small dice size and put in a big zip lock bag. Use rolling pin roll them until turn to crumb.

2- On a medium heat pan, add butter then stir until melt, continue stirring until turn a little brown then add your breadcrumbs in.

3- Seasoning with dry herbs; rosemary, thyme, oregano pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well.

4- Serve with your roast chicken, pork chop or use as salad toppings or can make it a big batch and store in jar ready for topping on any hurry dish! Give your dish a really nice flavour and texture.
