Beef seaweed soup with luffa



400 g thinly sliced Beef (Shabu)
2 tbsps dried wakame (rehydrated)
1 large luffa
4 dried shiitake mushrooms
Mushroom dashi (Made from soaking dried shiitake overnight)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1.5 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp shoyu
1 tbsp mirin


1- Heat up sesame oil and fry beef till no longer pink.

2- Add in drained wakame and fry till water has evaporated. Then add in shiitake mushrooms and shoyu. I cooked for about 8 mins.

3- Add in luffa and mix well. Then add in dashi and all other seasonings.

4- Taste even better the next day!
