A warm environment to rise your dough

 


Before you start the dough making, turn oven on to the very lowest setting, put large roasting tin on bottom of oven, turn off oven after 5-10mins. When dough is ready for it's first rise, boil the kettle(half filled with water), place dough on oven shelf and carefully pour the just boiled water into the empty roasting tin on the bottom of the oven, close the door and leave your dough to rise for the specified time in your recipe.
