8 mins microwave Banana Cake



Wet Ingredients
2 eggs (beatten)
2 tbsp milk
2 ripe bananas
1 tsp vanilla essence
100 g butter

Dry Ingredients
100 g self-rising flour
70 g brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon powder

Topping of your choice
I am using dark chocolate chips and pure peanut butter


1- Mashed the ripe banana until smooth. Add in whisked egg, milk and vanilla essence to the mixing bowl and mix well, then set aside.

2- In a separate bowl, mix all the dry ingredients (sugar, flour and cinnamon powder) and set aside.

3- Put butter in a microwave safe dish and microwave for 30 seconds or until butter is melted.

4- Once butter is melted, add in both wet and dry ingredients and mix well.

5- Sprinkle your topping on top and microwave for 8 minutes. Your cake is now ready.
