Mixed Fruit Stuffed Mango Pancake



1/2 cup whole wheat flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

2 tablespoon honey

3 tablespoon mango puree

1 cup milk

For stuffing

1/4 chopped apple

1 chopped banana

1 chopped kiwi

1/2 cup pomegranate

3 tablespoon mango puree

to taste salt

1/2 lemon juice

For Greasing

as needed oil

For Garnishing

as needed tutti frutti


1- For Stuffing:
Heat a pan and add chopped fruits like apple, banana and kiwi and pomegranate's pearls and mango puree.
Cook until fruits will soft.


2- Remove it in a bowl and add salt and lemon juice and mix it well.
Now our stuffing is ready.


3- For Pancake:
In a Bowl add wheat flour, honey, baking powder, and mango puree and mix well.
Add milk little by little and make a batter.


4- The batter should not be thick and watery.


5- Preparation:
Heat a tawa and add one teaspoon of oil and spread with a brush.
Add one ladleful batter and spread.


6- When the outer layer looks cooked then spread the stuffing on half portion and fold pancake and cover stuffing.


7- Flip it and cook another side also.
Our fruit stuffed pancake is ready.
