Ingredients
2 cups whole grain flour
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup natural greek yogurt
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/3 cup melted butter
if you have a sourdough starter, use 2 tsp
for pancakes use 1/4 cup more of flour
Steps
1- Mix all the Ingredients by hand without overmixing. 2- Using a waffle maker for about 1/3 cup of batter into the waffle maker. Enjoy with any toppings.
