Anabolic Kitchen French Toast Pancakes



4 slices bread

1 cup egg whites

4 packets zero calorie sweetener

to taste Cinnamon

1 pinch guar/xantham gum

Blueberries (optional)

Honey (optional)




1-Put all ingredients into a blender

2-Blend and save for later use or use now

3- When cooking the batter, simply pour the desired size pancake into a sprayed pan on a medium to medium low heat and let cook to desired texture on both sides. Blueberries go in before flipping if you are using any.

4- Serve and enjoy!
